Peel bananas and cut in half. Push popsicle sticks into cut end of banana.
Spread peanut butter (or alternative butter) onto bananas. Sprinkle with toppings.
Place on waxed paper on a cookie sheet and freeze for several hours. They taste good even when not completely frozen. The banana is almost like soft serve. Yum!
Once completely frozen, store in plastic freezer bag or container. Enjoy whenever the mood strikes!
