Healthy Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 12 Popsicle Sticks
  • 6 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • Toppings

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and cut in half. Push popsicle sticks into cut end of banana.

  2. Spread peanut butter (or alternative butter) onto bananas. Sprinkle with toppings.

  3. Place on waxed paper on a cookie sheet and freeze for several hours. They taste good even when not completely frozen. The banana is almost like soft serve. Yum!

  4. Once completely frozen, store in plastic freezer bag or container. Enjoy whenever the mood strikes!
