Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

A healthy snack or dessert for a hot day

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe frozen bananas
  • 2 cups cold milk full fat
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-6 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high powdered blender except ice. 

  2. Blend on high until just smooth. Blending too long will make the smoothie not as thick because the blending warms it up and makes it melt. 

  3. Serve immediately for best flavor and thickness.
