Prize Winning Meatloaf

Deliciously moist and easy meatloaf. Gluten Free.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats uncooked (not quick oats)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.

  2. Mix on medium speed until well combined.

  3. Press into bread pan and top with ketchup or barbecue sauce.

  4. Back at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Make a double batch and freeze extra for a super easy meal.
